Our houses are fully furnished and we supply:

Kitchen - oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer

Utility - Washing machine and dryer

Living Room - sofas, coffee table and television

Bedrooms - double bed & mattress, desk & chair, wardrobe & drawers

Tenants need to bring their own plates, bowls & cutlery, pots & pans, bedding & towels etc.

Our houses have gas & electric safety certificates, smoke & CO alarms, and have quarterly fire safety inspections.

We have HMO (Houses of multiple occupation) licences for our 3, 4, 5 and 7 bedroom properties issued by City of York Council.
