We're a family business and have been renovating and renting student houses in York for over 20yrs.

Our houses range from 2 to 7 bedrooms close to either YSJ or University of York.

 

All are specifically designed for student tenants - close to Universities, fully furnished and with speedy wifi.

Rent includes all the bills to make student life a little easier (apart from Council Tax which students are exempt from) although we're flexible and tenants can pay their own bills with a lower rent if they wish.​
